We’re opening the week in a space where reflection meets release. Ashbeck sets the mood with the hazy calm of ‘Shochu‘, as Samara Cyn asks the hard questions with ‘what will they say’, whilst Finn Foxell wrestles restlessness into focus with ‘tame my vices’. Threetwenty cuts through the static with their new track ‘Say It’ and the expansive honesty of ‘Separate From the Noise’, whilst Sasha Keable brings it all back to centre through quiet strength and precision in her project ‘TAI CHI’.

American rapper, singer and songwriter Samara Cyn comes out with this deeply reflective new single ‘what will they say’. Samara moves through the song with a calm confidence, unpacking doubt and expectation without sounding weighed down by them. There’s an honesty in the delivery that makes the track feel lived-in, like these thoughts have been turned over more than once before being set to music. ‘What Will They Say’ feels like a moment of pause in the middle of the noise — a thought on self-perception and pressure. From the jump, there’s a sense of tension in the track, carried by subtle production that leaves space for her voice to sit front and centre. It’s direct without being heavy-handed, letting the emotions land naturally.

Alt rap pioneer Finn Foxell tells us how he tames his vices alongside Saiming and Bexblu, who contributes his distinctive ‘mellow grime’ sound that blends classic grime instrumentals with soulful jazz-infused production. Balancing self-awareness with restless energy, the track carries a loose, conversational feel, built on bright, bouncy production. From the outset, Finn sounds both in control and slightly on edge — a tension that gives the track its momentum.

Lyrically, he leans into honesty without overthinking it, touching on habits, impulses, and the struggle to keep them in check. There’s a lightness in the way Finn approaches it, never sinking into self-criticism, instead letting charm and clarity guide the narrative.

The rising husband-and-wife neo-soul/R&B duo release their new album ‘Separate From the Noise’. The track is direct and emotionally open, built on clean, uncluttered production that lets the duo’s chemistry take center stage. There’s an urgency to it, like something that’s been sitting just beneath the surface and finally needs to be voiced.

Threetwenty favour clarity over dramatics, allowing the emotion to speak for itself – That same energy carries across ‘Separate From the Noise‘. The album feels intentional and grounded, shaped by both personal and creative reflection and connection. As a husband-and-wife duo, there’s a natural cohesion in how the songs unfold, cutting through distraction and expectation to focus on what really matters.

British genre-fluid vocalist and writer Sasha Keable steps into a new chapter with the release of ‘TAI CHI’. Long awaited by her audience, ‘TAI CHI’ unfolds like a lesson in balance and self-trust. The project leans into fluidity, blending soulful vocals with smooth production; throughout ‘TAI CHI‘, Sasha reflects on love, and personal alignment in a way that feels both inward-looking and deeply relatable. Her voice keeps timings steady throughout, warm and expressive, carrying a sense of control even when the themes drift toward vulnerability.
