Live Gallery – Fletcher at London’s Eventim Apollo

Words and Photography: Isabella Nixon

As part of her In Search Of The Antidote tour, New Jersey pop star Fletcher stops off at London’s Hammersmith Apollo for two incredible sold-out shows. LDN photographer Isabella Nixon heads down to capture the essence of Fletcher’s performance.

Kicking off the show with ‘Maybe I Am’, we were greeted by Fletcher’s powerful and ethereal vocals. Built up through a dramatic instrumental, Fletcher took the spotlight, in which I’ve never heard such a loud audience presence before. Fletcher’s fanbase, also known as ‘Fletchlights’, are one of the most supportive fanbases I have ever seen. Having multiple fan accounts on Instagram, such as @fletchersversion and @only.fletch, their support truly fosters a tight-knit community, sharing a deep love for her music.

Fletcher describes her latest album, In Search Of The Antidote, as being “a lighthouse guiding her back to her own heart“. Primarily recording the album in her hometown, she described the experience as “wanting to get back to my roots because I was processing so much emotionally during the time of this album“. Bringing power, fun and heaps of energy, supported by Alessi Rose and ARXX, this show was not one to miss.
